THE FRESH VEGAN KITCHEN, Delicious Recipes for the Vegan and Raw Kitchen is a wonderful addition to your vegan shelf.

As a vegan, for many years, I devour good cookbooks containing all things vegan, and can see why David and Charlotte Baily have taken the London market by storm!

With irresistible dishes, and over 100 mouth-watering recipes, their new book is beautifully packaged, displayed with stunning photography, and best of all good healthy and vegan cuisine.

The book includes informative sections of the benefits of eating raw foods, vegan cooking tips, and the sections: Breakfast, soups, small plates, street foods, salads, curries, and mains, sides, dips, desserts, pickles, spreads, treats, drinks, smoothies, among others.

I enjoyed the variety of recipes, including powerballs, easy to make ahead, as well as the kale crisps, black bean tofu, quinoa salad (which I eat daily; however, this offered a nice variation), among other treats.

A "must buy" for all vegan, vegetarians, foodies, and epicureans alike; with tons of dishes from exciting and exotic regions. Yum...and the tapas. All from the founders at Wholefood Heaven, with passion and years of experience, they bring the "best-of-the best."

Visit their website to learn how this award-winning duo quickly became increasingly involved in the vibrant street food scene, taking their healthy and high quality food to the masses via a beautifully converted Citroen H van.
